SBA 504 Loan Facts

President Obama recently announced that they SBA 504 loan cap amount would be raised from $1.5 to $5.5 Million.

This change would provide small businesses greater opportunities to grow, by having the ability to receive additional 504 loans or larger loans beyond the $1.5 million. The change in cap amount will not take place for several months pending congressional approval and the 504 can still only amount to 40% of a project.
