SBA 504 Loan Facts
| A change in the Small Business Administration’s 504 loan program makes it practical for companies to refinance commercial mortgages. And it should help small-business owners invest in their firms and create jobs. The SBA changed its 504 refinancing program effective Oct. 12, 2011 to allow more businesses to refinance loans on property they occupy and to expand the types of loans that qualify. |
